I started this because I kept seeing the same thing: people — especially older adults — feeling embarrassed or overwhelmed by their phones and their homes. They didn't need a lecture. They needed someone patient to sit with them and help.
Why I do this
I've watched family members pay for subscriptions they didn't know they had, struggle to delete a single app, or feel too embarrassed to ask for help because they thought they 'should' know how to do it themselves.
That's not okay. Technology is confusing — even for people who use it every day. And clutter builds up on everyone, no matter how organized you think you are.
So I started offering a simple service: I'll come to you (or connect with you remotely), and we'll work through it together. No rushing, no jargon, no judgment. Just calm, practical help at your pace.
Who I work with

You have an iPhone but you're not sure what half the apps do, your inbox has thousands of unread emails, and you're not sure what you're paying for each month. That's exactly what I help with.
People whose homes have gotten away from them
Decades of living means decades of accumulating. Closets, spare rooms, garages — it adds up. I'll help you sort through it without pressure, and without throwing away anything you're not ready to let go of.
Adult children helping a parent
Sometimes the best gift you can give a parent is a session with someone patient and non-judgmental. I work well with older adults and I understand how to explain things clearly without making anyone feel small.
My approach
We go at your pace
There's no rush. If you need something explained twice, I'll explain it twice. If you want to take a break, we take a break.
Plain language, always
No tech jargon. I'll explain everything in plain, everyday language so you actually understand what we're doing — not just watch me do it.
No judgment, ever
There's nothing embarrassing about not knowing how something works. I've seen it all, and I'm here to help — not to make you feel bad about where things are.
You stay in control
I don't delete anything without asking you first. Your home, your phone, your decisions. I'm just here to guide the process.
